Educational Material

Thank you for your interest in our educational material!

Digitalized historical newspapers are not only a rich source for researchers. They also open up new perspectives for pupils, teachers, university students and lay historians. The H2020 project NewsEye provides material to provide access to these complex historical sources. Our teaching materials are adapted to the curricula from France, Finland and Austria and are written in the respective national languages and/or in English. Our materials, like our project, are therefore international and multilingual. Of course, our modules and worksheets are flexible and adaptable. For universities and students, we provide material and syllabi, in which our experiences with digital hermeneutics and digital research are collected. And last but not least, we provide general material for people who are interested in digital newspapers, ranging from screencasts to best practice examples.

All material presented here can be re-used, shared and linked to! We welcome your feedback!
